Paul quit his day job in 2001 and launched FrontPageTools (coincidentally on 9/11/2001). The move to work from home let him spend more time with his family in that one year than the three before that and helped him n be the kind of husband and father he'd always wanted to be. In 2002 Paul started Colligan.com with the goal of teaching small to medium business users to how set up and manage their own websites. He is also known as the "Affiliate Guy" and TheAffiliateGuy website is stacked with tips, ebooks and ecommerce automation software plus newsletters for affiliate marketers. Another of Paul's sites is PaulRecommends.com with tips on topics like teleseminars, affiliate marketing and podcasting.

Paul, who lives in Portland, Oregon with his wife and daughters, is a keen hiker, theatre and music buff, with a love of fine dining, and travel.
